FAQ: is your order delayed and listed as “in transit”?
- USPS has advised that due to high volumes during the holiday season may experience more delays than normal. “In transit” means that your order is in a container with many other packages, however the whereabouts of the container may be “on a truck, on a train, at a loading dock...etc” and they cannot provide further details.

Please understand that once an item is placed in the mail it is the responsibility of the USPS to deliver in a timely fashion & there is nothing we can do to speed it up.

FAQ: my order was marked as delivered and isn't here-- what should I do?

Please wait up to 5 days. More often than not deliveries are accidentally scanned as delivered and then show up at your door days later (we see this all of the time and cannot control the USPS). If your order does not show up after 5 days we will issue you a refund, less shipping.

FAQ: I am unhappy with my order. I want a refund.

- If your order is not customized and is a standard stock item, you can return to us at the below address and upon receipt we will issue you a refund less shipping.
